@Dennis do the Sph. sputator really need a spot lamp since they are nocturnal? Very rarely will I see one of them out during the day.

Salut Romain, As far as I know S. sputator and S. parvus are easy to keep, like most of the other members of the genus. Semi-humid, temperatures about 28°C with a local spot, light misting every day and many places to hide. Greetings Dennis |

Hi Maureen, When you place the tank in a warm terrarium-room, spots aren´t necessary. I heat my tanks up with the spots  Greetings Dennis |
