Hello, I bought group of Tropiocolotes nubicus. They are imported from Egypt. I am not sure with determination because this gecko is wery similar to Tropiocolotes tripolitanus. Can you please help me with determination? (I am sorry for quality of pictures) Thank you

Hello, I´m not an expert with the genus. Perhaps the following can help you: The scales in T. tripolitanus are strongly keeled. The species has 11 dark bands on the tail. In T. nubicus the scales are imbricate, rounded. It has 18-21 dark bands on the tail. Greetings Dennis |

Hello, Thank you very much. I think that I have got Tr. tripolitanus. Geckos have only 11 dark bands on the tail as you wrote |
